Keave Andrew Slomine
Keave Andrew Slomine is Broker/Principal of New Republic Realty, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience spanning real estate, lending underwriting, and investment sectors. With a foundation in mortgage lending dating back to 2014 and involvement in more than 5,000 settlements throughout his career, he offers clients a rare, 360-degree perspective on the entire transaction process from financial strategy and risk evaluation to negotiation and closing.
Never one to follow convention, Keave brings a uniquely broad perspective shaped by his various leadership roles across industries. That experience is what gave life to the guiding principles behind New Republic Realty—applying wisdom through informed strategy, leading with integrity in every decision, fostering prosperity by helping agents and clients grow lasting value, and embracing altruism through a people-first philosophy that prioritizes relationships over transactions.
Keave’s greatest passion lies in empowering others—whether guiding first-time buyers with confidence, helping homeowners reach new milestones, or supporting agents in creating sustainable income streams. Known for his discretion, forward-thinking leadership, and unwavering work ethic, he is deeply committed to elevating both client experiences and industry standards. A University of Florida graduate based on the Main Line, Keave remains dedicated to mentoring agents, strengthening communities, and helping others achieve confident, long-term success.
Jay Slomine
Jay Slomine is a graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Origins of Western Civilization History. His academic background, combined with a diverse professional career, provides him with a strategic and analytical approach to leadership within the real estate industry.
Jay brings extensive experience as a realtor, mortgage broker, real estate settlement officer, and notary. This well-rounded expertise across multiple stages of the transaction process gives him a comprehensive understanding of the industry and makes him exceptionally qualified to serve as Operations Manager.
In his role, Jay oversees lead generation programs, system integration, and recruitment efforts for a growing multi-state real estate operation. Highly motivated and results-driven, he is focused on building a strong institutional foundation for New Republic Realty through scalable systems, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives.
Outside of his professional work, Jay is an automotive enthusiast who enjoys local sports, international dining, and the arts and sciences. He is also deeply committed to community service, dedicating significant time to volunteering with the SPCA. A true humanitarian, Jay values meaningful relationships and takes pride in working with and helping others.
Kenneth Slomine
Kenneth Slomine is a graduate of Temple University and a longtime resident of Berwyn, Pennsylvania. With more than 50 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ken has built an exceptional career specializing in auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and title insurance.
Ken is currently licensed in Property & Casualty and Health insurance. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as a trainer and consultant for numerous major insurance companies, including Allianz, State Farm, and Allstate. His expertise in marketing and business development has helped organizations refine strategy, improve performance, and expand market reach.
In addition to his extensive insurance background, Ken is a former realtor and mortgage broker, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the real estate and financial services industries. Over the course of his career, he has developed a client base of more than 20,000 insured clients—a testament to his commitment, integrity, and results-driven approach.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ken has been married for 51 years to his wife, Gail. He is the proud father of two sons and grandfather to two grandchildren. A proud “Pappa,” Ken also enjoys time with Jenny, the family’s Mini Bernedoodle pup.
Outside of business, Ken has honed his creative side as both a drummer and electric guitar player—proving that dedication, rhythm, and passion carry through in every aspect of his life. Kenneth Slomine continues to be a trusted advisor known for experience, leadership, and long-standing relationships built on service and performance.
Lorianne Kish
At New Republic Realty, we are proud to introduce Lorianne “LK” Kish, a seasoned real estate professional whose depth of experience, community roots, and business acumen make her an exceptional advocate for buyers and sellers alike.
A longtime resident of Media and Marple / Newtown Square, LK brings unmatched local knowledge and multi-generational ties to Delaware County. She comes from and helps lead her family’s four-generation business, Kish Funeral Home, a respected name in the community based in Broomall. Growing up in a family-owned business instilled in her a deep commitment to service, integrity, and treating every client like family.
In addition to her real estate career, LK has served for the past 14 years as Director of the Groundbreaking Human Tissue Lab at the School of Medicine, part of the University of Pennsylvania. Her leadership role within a world-class medical institution reflects her professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage complex operations with precision and care.
LK began her real estate career in 1996 and has successfully navigated multiple market cycles, from booming seller markets to challenging downturns. Her extensive experience spans luxury residential and commercial real estate, having represented clients with respected brokerages including Fox & Lazo Realtors, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and eXp Realty.
Her unparalleled experience in interior design, sharp business sense, and proven client development skills make LK a powerful asset to the New Republic Realty team.
